The Tight Top is formed with a 1-inch layer of super soft foam quilted into the cover. The support for the mattress then comes from the 7.5" iCoil system. The mattress provides firm support and is ideal for side sleepers. We use Bio Foam in all our mattresses, made with natural seed oil this minimizes the use of petrol based chemical oils. Additionally, all of our mattresses CertiPUR-US certified. Traditional box springs hard to maneuver through your home and often scrape walls and doors.
